This is a notice of intent to award ADT Security Systems a contract to provide preventative and on-call maintenance, monitoring, testing, and installation of an ADT Security System and Centrascan security alarm and card acess system installed at the Joint Special Operations Command secure facility, Fort Bragg, NC during the period 1 October 97 through 20 September 98. At this time ADT is the only known source capable of maintaining the Centrascan system due to patent rights, maintenance qualifications, and other restrictions. Department of Defense (DOD) security level is required. If a firm believes it maintain the system, then it may respond as follows. Sources must express their interest in writing by mail only. Only those responses which provide descriptive literature that substantiates the ability to meet all the above requirements will be included in any potential vendors list. Firms with experience in the areas above should provide a summary of their company's capabilities within 15 days of this publication to JSOC J4C, Patty O'Brien, P.O. Box 70239, Ft.
