The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft Company to procure sustaining engineering and technical support representatives in support of the Sikorsky HH-60J airframe. Proprietary data/technical drawings necessary to perform this requirement are not available. Performance shall be at the USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC. Written responses must be received not later than 1500 local time on 5 September 1997, and should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
