The 133rd Airlift Wing Base Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation for quotes to provide and install an integrated voice communications system. The system will integrate all voice communications systems into one central system or central electronics bank. The central system will then connect to several PC based workstations that will have software that enables them to utilize all of the communications systems connected to the central system. The system shall be capable of utilizing both analog and digital communications. The system shall utilize Windows NT and Windows 95 compatible application software and shall operate in a distributed environment. The integrated system shall have the option of utilizing mouse, track ball, or touch screen. The software shall allow for patching communication systems and allow for conferencing between multiple workstations. The system shall include essential spare cards to central system.
