The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be soliciting for proposals from prospective offerors for providing Anesthesia Services for the Surgical Program of the Santa Fe Indian Hospital, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Nature of the services requires the contractor to be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven days (7) per week, fifty-two (52) weeks per year. Coverage will include service availability each day, including Federal Holidays and weekends. Coverage will also include for 24 hour/day immediate availability on callback for emergency not to exceed 20 to 30 minutes, utilizing radio paging systems supplied by the contractor. Contract will be awarded as a Non-personal Service Contract for a Base Year with four, one-year options for renewal. Contract award will be for a definite delivery contract. All proposals received will be evaluated for the base year and four option years, and considered by the Government. Refer to RFP No. 97-10/VZ.
