FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition, PERFUSION SERVICES for the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA. The contractor will be required to provide perfusion services for Cardiopulmonary Bypass, Non-Cardiopulmonary Bypass Autotransfusion, Left and Right Ventricular Assist (Device Capability), and Extra-Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation. This acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. The base period of performance for the contract will commence on 01 Apr 98 and continue for a period of one year. The contract will also provide for four (4) one year option periods.
