The health services required would consist of inpatient and outpatient hospital services to be provided at the contractor's facility. Only medical facilities located within a thirty (30) mile radius will be utilized for inpatient/outpatient services. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The Government intends to make multiple awards for this requirement. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contract are as follows: Minimum Inpatient days -- 20; estimated Maximum Inpatient days -- 45; Minimum Outpatient days -- 50; estimated Maximum Outpatient days -- 150.
