This is a simplified acquisition with an anticipated period of performance of twelve months. This decision is based on FAR 6.302(A)(1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", 10 U.S.C. 2304( c)(1). This requirement includes a service to downgrade Vol II, USAF Intelligence Operations, 1946-1963, from Secret to Unclassified. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Any information provided in response to this synopsis shall be done so completely at the respondent's expense, become the property of the Government, and shall not be returned.
