The geographical location is the Western one-half of the State of Missouri and the entire State of Kansas. HUD intends to award a firm fixed-price requriements contract. The awardee must be a licensed appraiser in the state where the work will be performed. This contract will be for one base year plus two (2) one year option periods for a total of thirty-six months. Liquidated damages will be charged based on the daily holding costs of property to the Government.
