Conway Road, Orlando, FL, 32812. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide logistical and coordination services for presenters at The 1998 International Disaster Management Conference. The contractor shall: present a marketing plan identifying a target audience, promotional material, and advertising; secure a hotel; identify faculty presenters; and provide logistical support for presenters at the conference. The Florida Emergency Medicine Foundation is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is three and one half months.
