HUD intends to award a contract to provide telephone, electronic and mailing assistance in marketing for the U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Single Family properties. The contract will cover the geographic area of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This is a fixed price contract for a one year period with option to extend the term of the contract for two additonal one-year periods. The contractor shall furnish the necessary services, personnel, materials, equipment and office space necessary to accomplish the task. The offeror's response shall address the following technical requirements: (1)Must demonstrate documented evidence of prior and current experience of the firm to satisfactorily perform the required distribution and telephonic services (i.e., broker locater system, broadcast fax services, dedicated 800 lines, customer service representatives, etc); (2)Demonstrated satisfactory past performance by submitting a minimum of three(3) references including contact name, address, telephone number and summary of work completed; (3)Demonstrated key personnel qualifications; (4)Demonstrated management capability to manage work required under the proposed purchase order and; (5)Demonstrated capacity to perform the required services including evidence of an adquately staffed (to handle the number of anticipated requests) and equipped office or the ability to establish such by purchase order award. This RFQ is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures and its value shall not exceed $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7331. The RFQ will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice and quotes will be due of September 17, 1997.
