396-0554. JSOC is conducting a market survey for sources for short-term
operation of field dining facilities. Contractor will perform field
feeding conditions at designated locations in the continental United
States. The Government shall furnish menu, subsistence items,
facilities, supplies, and equipment unless stated otherwise. The
Contractor shall provide food service personnel to conduct activities
which comprise the operation of a field dining facility, including but
not limited to receiving, storing, preparing, and serving food for a
designated number of personnel. Performance of related custodial and
sanitation functions are also required. The Contractor may be
responsible for the transportation of employees within restricted areas
when notified. Daily meals shall consist of breakfast, lunch, dinner,
and midnight rations. Sources must express their interest in writing by
mail only. Only those responses which provide descriptive literature
that substantiates the ability to meet all the above requirements will
be included in any potential vendors list. Firms with experience in
the areas above should provide a summary of their company's
capabilities within 15 days of this publication to JSOC J4C, Patty
