U -- TRAINING TO SUPPORT COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE POC Susan Benik, Negotiator, (703) 325-6962, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) has a requirement for a comprehensive training package of Hewlett-Packard courses to be taught in Moscow for the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense. This training is urgently required to support the Automated Inventory Control and Management System of the Weapons Storage Security Project, Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. DSWA plans to award a sole source purchase order to the Hewlett-Packard Company. DSWA believes that Hewlett-Packard is the only source possessing the existing expertise to meet program requirements within the time required by DSWA available funding.
