Training consists of courses for civilian air force personnel. Courses are to be conducted at the contractor's facility and Tinker AFB, OK. Period of performance is date of award through 30 Sep 98. Request for proposal is being issued to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baltimore, MD. It is the Government's intent to make award to Northrop Grumman.
