Transportation services required are primarily to the VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan, but may include transportation to other VA facilities located in Annn Arbor, Detroit, and Saginaw, Michigan. All drivers and attendants shall have attained legal age (the age of 21 years) and shall be able to communicate with patients using tact and courtesy.
