V -- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services, (WS), Casper, WY, intends to acquire aircraft services without a pilot at Hulett, WY and Rock Springs, WY. Guaranteed minimum hours shall be 300 hours, with the excess of guarantee being 200 hours. The contract will be for a 1-year period, with the option to extend for an additional 4-year period.
