Demolition of existing chillers and chiller pumps including piping, power and controls. Installation of reinforced concrete equipment pad. Installation of temporary dust partition. Installation of new chillers and chiller pumps including piping, power and controls. Insulation of chilled water piping, pump and accessories. Replacement of refrigerant in existing chillers. Re-balance water system. Calibrate control system. Painting of ceiling, walls, equipment and piping. The estimated dollar range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
