This project involves the construction of a new 38,000 square foot government owned Carrier Annex on government owned land. The project will not contain a Postal Retail Store or customer service lobby area. The design is based on USPS mid sized Building Design for standard Carrier Annex buildings. Offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a General contractor and must have satisfactorily completed at least five (5) projects of similar size and scope. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for August 20, 1997 at 11:00 am at the South Jersey District Office, 501 Benigno Blvd, Bellmawr NJ 08099-9991. The estimated price range is between $2,500,000 and $3,250,000 with completion required within 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
