The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials equipment and performance required in connection with Replace A/C, Building 1291, Hunter Army Airfield, GA. Work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: Replace existing 30 ton split-system and 14 ton packaged air conditioning units, exterior supply and return duct. Clean interior supply and return duct, test and balance new air conditioning units and repair/replace controls as required. Performance time is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Sic Code for this project is 1711. Project is unrestricted, all responsible businesses may submit a bid. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is a $25 non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. We accept business checks, cashiers checks and money orders. Checks shall be made out to the U.S. TREASURY. No cash can be accepted.
