Estimated price is less than $25,000. Performance time is 30 days. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except government furnished), to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the following: Excavate the steam and condensate utilidor and remove the utilidor lids. Remove and dispose insulation, steam and condesate piping, anchors, rollers, and guides. Remove debris from utilidor and repair sections of concrete utilidor. Install new government furnished 2 1/2" steam and 2" condensate piping, anchors, saddles, guides, shields, rollers, expansion loop, and insulation. Hydrostatic test the new piping. Reinstall utilidor lids and seal. Backfill excavations and install new asphalt roadway patch, concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Issue date on or about August 26, 1997.
