A description of the requirements of this project are as follows: This project generally consists of modifications to an existing HVAC duct system to install new steam coils, associated piping and controls. Four new reheat coils will serve Floors 3 and 4 of Building 6, 1600 Clifton Road. The existing campus DDC control system will require expansion to allow four new thermostats and subsequent control of the heating coil valves. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specs will be available approximately 8/18/97. This project is set-aside for small business concerns.
