The contractor shall provide, unless otherwise specified, all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transporatation as necessary to provide for the repairs to showers at the BEQ. The work includes removal of damaged access panels and replacement with a new Fiberglass Reinforced Panel (FRP) system complete including end caps, divider strips, inside and outside corners, etc. The work also includes shower drain repairs to include removal and disposal of asbestos, disposal of drains and piping, and installation of new shower drain and strainer assembly and modifying existing PVC piping to recieve new drain and strainer assembly and other incidental related work. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solcitation is unrestricted.
