Pomraning, Contracting Officer, (410) 605-7156 The VA Maryland Health Care System, Baltimore, Maryland, intends to issue Solicitation No. IFB 512(B)-32-97 for Project No. 512-96-120F, Replace Flat Roofs B225, on or about August 26, 1997. Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to replace existing flat roofs for Building 225, at the 9600 North Point Road, Ft. Howard, Maryland location. The work will include demolition and removal of all existing flat roofing and insulation materials to the concrete deck. Approximate roof area square footage for all flat roof combined is 11,200 s.f. Requests for bid package must in writing ONLY to the attention of the Contracting Officer (90C). Requests must be accompanied by a $50.00 refundable bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Return of the deposit is contingent upon return of the bid package within ten calendar days of the bid opening.
