The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Lewis, Washington intends to solicit and negotiate a modification to Contract DAKF57-96-D-0011 with All Star Maintenance under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the addition of installing and replacing exterior doorknob assembly with keyed lock, and rekeying and recoring door locks, to include replacement keys for family housing units and other family housing real property facilities on Fort Lewis and Vancouver Barracks, Washington. The contractor shall provide keys and recoring of replacement locks on a service call basis. All lock hardware provided shall be compatible to the existing lock hardware. The total number of units to be serviced is estimated at 3,600. Note 22 applies. (0224)
