Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to remove two existing fuel oil boilers and replace with two liquid propane fired hot water boilers at Ohanapecosh apartments inside the boundaries of Mount Rainier National Park. Contractor will remove existing boilers and fuel oil lines to wall penetration. Contractor to provide and install the following: Propane lines to the new boilers; LP fired hot water cast iron sectional boilers or equal; breeching and exhaust stack to chimney; connect to existing hydronic heating system; furnish and install an air separator and expansion tank; electrical system for automatic temperature control for safety. All work is to be complete by November 30, 1997. Recommended site visit scheduled for September 8, 1997, 10 a.m. PDT, meet at Ohanapecosh apartment building O-115. The S.I.C.
