The work includes interior and exterior demolition of concrete masonry unit partitions and walls, flooring, ceilings and suspension systems, exterior stairs, handrails and metal canopies, existing boiler and HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, piping and accessories, doors, windows, millwork, metal frames, lighting fixtures, wiring, fire alarm system and communication systems, cutting and removal of concrete and asphalt pavements, concrete floor slabs, earth works, replacement of paving and floor slabs, new HVAC system, new lighting and electrical systems, new suspended ceilings, new floor finishes, thermal and acoustical insulation, new doors and frames, new gypsum board and metal stud partitions, new windows, complete fire spinkler system and minor penetrations of the existing built-up roof, new exterior concrete stairs, handrail and metal canopies and cabinet work, and incidental related work.
