Watterud, (209) 487-5089 USBOR is seeking a firm to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) in accordance with ASTM Standard E-1527 for 3200 acres of agricultural property in Fresno County, California. At the option of the Government, the contractor may perform the same assessment for an additional 8600 acres. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. Sources responding to this notice must provide (in writing) qualifications, experience, references including (1) minimum of two references the contractor has performed Phase I ESA'S in the State of California, (include point of contact, & phone #'s for each), (2) On staff environmental professionals (RPG,REA,or PE) with a minimum of five years of experience conducting Phase I ESA'S in accordance with ASTM Standard E-1527 in the State of California; attended professional training on ASTM Standard E-1527; and demonstrated experience performing Phase I ESA'S in accordance with ASTM E-1527 on agricultural properties in the Central Valley of California, and (3) submit three copies of Phase I ESA'S conducted on agricultural lands in the Central Valley of California.
