Service period is one year, beginning October 1, 1997. Service location is Washington, DC. The license grants us the right to copy and distribute the Infobase Distribution Software to end users. Pricing for licenses is to be provided for one year. The Government believes that these services may only be obtained from Folio Corporation, since the software is proprietary to that company.
