The Contractor shall furnish all materials (including those specified in the SOW) and labor required to perform the services of cleaning the exterior surface, stripping the old exterior paint (to include disposal of all items within Federal and State EPA Guidelines), inspecting for and treating of all exterior sheetmetal surface corrosion, etching, chemical surface treatment of bare sheetmetal (such as the proper application of Alodine), sealing sheetmetal skin overlapping, epoxy priming, applying topcoat to the exterior of the contracted aircraft.
