The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Integrated Clinical Facility-Temple currently has a requirement for a Full Service Maintenance Agreement on a Lanier OS-4800 Voice Dictation System. A Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract consisting of a base year and two (2) option years will be awarded. Equipment to be covered consists of, but is not limited to: Recorder; Voice Manager -- Monitor -- Software; Voice Storage Disk; Disk Controller; 4 and 8 Port Cards; OS Port Software; Voicewrite Telephone Interface (22 each) Transcribe Stations (12 each); etc.,,, Maintenance shall consist of, but not be limited to, Telephone assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; On-site response time for routine service calls -- 6 hours after being officially notified; Emergency service as required; Al parts, labor, and travel shall be included in the bid price with no additional charges.
