The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Ship and Shore Based Electronic Systems Competency 4.5.8.2.2) at St. Inigoes, MD proposes to procure Repair Services to support the AN/TPX-42(V) System. These repair services encompass maintaining the BTE-2000 Beacon Target Extractor, the CP-1716/TPX and CP-1716A/TPX Track Processors, the CP-2177/TPX Video Signal Processor, the Beacon Environment Generator Series 1000, the Search Target Extractor CTE-2000 and its associated Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA's), Power Supplies, and the OD-201/TPX High Voltage Power Supply. The designated selected contractor, Telephonics Corporation located at 815 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, NY 11735 is the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) of this designated specialized system. It is projected that an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract will be awarded and that Firm Fixed Price delivery orders will issued. The anticipated period of performance is for five years. Negotiations will be conducted solely with the Command Systems Division of Telephonics Corporation in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source.
