The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, travel, repairs and on-going software support normally needed to sustain a system operation in a clinical environment. Telephone assistance to be provided Monday through Friday. Includes on-site restoration of services if necessary. Must provide medical system support at any time, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Two hour maximum response time for returning calls received during the workday and 24 hours for on-site response. Period of performance is for one base year. Solicitation to be issued approximately 28 August 1997. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Written or facsimile requests will be accepted.
