J -- SHIP REPAIR -- ESSAYONS SOL DACW57-97-R-0016 DUE 102897 POC Contract Specialist MARTINA HARWOOD (503) 808-4614 (Site Code DACW57) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the Dredge Essayons- Ship Repair for a Base Year with 4 Option Years. Nonpersonal services to perform annual overhaul, general dockside ship repairs (which may be on- site at the location of the dredge), hull and machinery maintenance, dry- docking and related component repairs. Dredge Essayons will need to be dry-docked January 1998. Wet berth, and floating type oil containment boom will be required for this contract. The crane furnished by the Contractor shall be of sufficient capacity and of suitable service to accomplish all task order items without moving the ship. Physical characteristics of the Essayons are 350 feet overall with 68 ft. molded beam, registered gross tonnage 7248 LT, 19'- 0" draft fwd and 21'- 0" draft aft.
