The AWIS consists of four major systems: Airborne Weapons Analysis and Reporting Systems (AWARS); Configuration and Data Management Support System (CADMSS); Maintenance Analysis Planning Program/Airborne Weapon Workload Scheduling (MAPP/AWWS) System and; Airborne Weapons Corrective Action Program (AWCAP). The work is currently in mid-development cycle and consists of software engineering, analysis and programming to update and maintain: the AWARS database; the configuration and data management database; the maintenance analysis database; and the corrective action database. The current database structures were developed and have been maintained by EMC. The database structure is unique to EMC. The data relationships are unique to EMC. The object library is unique to EMC.
