H9 -- USERS SOUGHT/INTENTION OF SPEC MIL-C-11796 CANCELLATION H9 -- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC is conducting a survey to identify any active procurement of Petrolatum as described in Specification MIL-C-11796. The purpose of this survey is to ascertain if cancellation of this Specification would adversely affect any Government users of this material. Procurement of Petrolatum-type products supplied to the Government under a manufacturer's brand name should not be affected by cancellation of this military specification. Responses should consist of company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, fax number, description of products currently being supplied to the Government and company descriptive literature/brochures.
