There are approximately 8 dining facilities normally serviced, exercises require additional dining facilities to be opened. Annual quantities are as follows: 3 Regular Meals Weekdays -- approximately 248 days; 2 Meals Any Day -- approximately 2 days; 1 Meal Any Day -- approximately 2 days; 3 Meals Weekend/Holidays approximately 113 days; Additional 1/2 Hour Operation -- approximately 100 hours; Less 1/2 Hour Operation -- approximately 40 hours per facility. This is a requirements type contract and delivery orders will be issued. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 May 1998 -- 30 Apr 1999) and four one-year option periods.
