Th Contractor shall provide labor, material, and supervision to replace heating and air conditioning system at building #32544 (IOB) and perform any incidental related work. Notice to all contractors about Job Walks/Site Visits aboard the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, CA. Job walks/site visits are conducted on Tuesdays at 0800 hours. Before the site visit you must notify the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction by telephone at 760-939-3297 of your intention to attend the site visit. Additionally you must comply with the following requirement and obtain an OFFICIAL VISITORS BADGE. Anyone arriving late or without the proper badging will not be permitted to particiapate in the site visit, and will be required to reschedule their visit until the next available Tuesday. There will be not exceptions to these requirements. To obtain an official visitors badge you must FAX the following information to the Naval Air Weapons StationBadging Office 760-939-3996. The information must be provided on/or before the Friday preceding the Tuesday of the site visit. A picture ID is required at the time of badging. Informatin required is as follows: Name; Solicitation Number (N62474-95-B-3075); SSN; Drvers Lic # and State of issuance; U.S. Citizen status or Alien Card #; Vehicle Information of Make, Model, Year, Color, Lic Plate number and State of Registration; Date of visit and area of visit (N-North Range). Performance is at the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. Perforemance time is 210 calendar days. Tentative issue date is on or about 15 August 1997 with opening date approximately 30 days later. The SIC code is 1711. The related small business size standard is $7.0 Million.
