Simonson (607) 776-5415 Contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary adn perform all work to install walk-in-cooler on first floor of Building No. 24 at VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with specifications and Drawing No. VAMC-514-1600. Work includes removal of ceiling, lighting, receptacles and windows, furnish and installing new cooler, associated compressor, condenser, evaporator, electric, plumbing and certain other items for a complete and functional system. Contemplated issue date is August 20, 1997 with an approximate opening date of September 19, 1997. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. A non-refundable bid deposit of $50.00 payable to the VA Medical Center is required for each set of drawings and specifications. Bid packages may be obtained, in writing, from Chief, Acquisition Materiel Management Service, Argonne Avenue, Bldg. 41, VA Medical Center, Bath, New York 14810.
