Simonson (607) 776-5415 Contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work to replace four walk-in-coolers with two on first floor, Bldg. 24 at VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with specifications and Drawing No. VAMC-514-1607. Work includes removal of four built in refrigerators, including walls, insulation, ceilings, doors, conduit, wiring and piping. New work includes installation of two walk-in refrigerator boxes, new doors, stainless steel wall panels, ceilings, lights, motorized louver, sprinkler protect two new and five existing refrigerator/freexer boxes and certain other items. Note: Refrigeration will be accomplished by others. Contemplated issue date is August 22, 1997 with an approximate opening date of September 24, 1997. The cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. A non-refundable bid deposit of $50.00 made payable to VA Medical Center is required for each set of drawings and specifications.
