shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies and
equipment for Seepage Remedial Treatment Project at Pipestem Dam,
Jamestown, North Dakota involves two major items, 1) A relief well
collector system and 2) A subdrinage system. The relief well collector
system consists of installation of approximately 1500 lineal feet of
10-inch dia. hdpe corrugated pipe and 200 lineal feet of 8-inch hdpe
corrguated pipe for the purpose of evacuating water from three (3)
existing relief wells. The subdrainage system consists of installation
of approximately 1200 lineal feet of 8-inch perforated hdpe corrugated
pipe, 270 lineal feet of 10-inch perforated hdpe corrugated pipe and
3670 lineal feet of non-perforated hdpe corrugated pipe for the purpose
of relieving seepage pressures in the right abutment of the dam.
Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $200,000. Contractor will be
required to commence work within 10 days after NTP and complete work in
