Kennison, 617-232-9500 extension 5538 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work for Project M96-102 for renovation and expansion of an IRM Room at the VA Medical Center/Outpatient Clinics, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02130-4893. Work shall include demolition, electrical and general construction. SIC 1542 applies to this Solicitation and all responsible bidders are encouraged to submit an offer. A 90 day bid acceptance period is applicable to this solicitation. This is a firm-fixed price contract and estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. Requests for Bid documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer (90C) and no telephone or facsimile requests will be honored. Bid documents will be issued on a first come, first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Copies are available in various plan rooms.
