The duration of the contract will be 120 days. The estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The plans and specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
