Higginbotham (205) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment for railroad repair at Anniston Army Depot except that designated as Government furnished materials. The contractor is to perform all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules, and drawings. Eighteen (18) percent of this work is in the Ammunition Limited Area. The government furnished property will consist of, but is not limited to the following: 90# rail, joint bars and tie plates, and one 90# No. 8 relay turnout. The contractor shall be respon sible for loading and hauling the government furnished property from remov al or storage site in the Ammunition Limited Area, to the appropriate site and installing in accordance with the Technical Provisions of this con tract. The work shall consist of repairs to railroads including, but not limited to the following: removing deteriorated crossties and turnout ties, perform concrete track work at Building 10, furnish/install precast concrete road crossing, install new anchor rails. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. One Job. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Completion time is 270 calendar days from date of award.
