Drying beds will be provided for placement. The interior of the digester shall be power washed. The contractor shall provide for inspection of the interior of the digester, after cleaning, by Government personnel. The contractor shall video tape the inspection and provide the tape to the Contracting Officer. Clean and repair concrete cracks, approximately 200 lineal feet, with epoxy injection. Other work necessary to accomplish the above items. Completion time is 60 calendar days. The proposed procurement listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Interested SB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from SB concerns.
