Work includes but is not limited to installing waterline connections, with appropriate valves and fittings, to bypass existing HCWD#1 Plant and connect to raw water line from Otter Creek. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 2 September 1997. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
