This combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item is prepared in accordance with the format of Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is Request for Quotation number DCA100-97-Q-0202. The provisions and clauses for the RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation circular 90-45 (or latest). The SIC code is 3661 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The specific items required are 1 each TN553(V3) Pdata Line, 1 each TN725B(V4) Speech Synthesizer, 1 each TN1648(V6) Sys Access Maint, 1 each TN1655(V7) Packet Interface, 1 each TN1656(V2) Tape Drive, 1 each TN1657(V5) Disk Drive, 1 each UN330B(V4) Duplication Interface, 1 each UN332(V9) MSS Network Cont, 1 each 631DA Left Power Unit, and 1 each 631DB Right Power Unit which are manufactured by AT&T and the Government has no other technical data to describe the items. The offeror may propose a more recent version if the item cited has become obsolete. Delivery will be 30 days after award or sooner unless the offeror proposes a different time in accordance with standard commercial terms and conditions. The place of delivery will be in Washington, D.C. 20734; exact address will provided at contract award. Offeror will use this information to propose delivery FOB destination with all freight included in the offered price.
