Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EP MedSystems, 58 Route 46 West, Budd Lake, NJ 07828 for the acquisition of an electrophysiology recording system with integrated stimulator. This system induces and displays arrythmias in a patient's heart for the physician's interpretation. The EP MedSystems Workmate is the only such system which has an integrated programmable 4-channel stimulator, an integrated database, integrated report generation software including the ability to output/fax results, software for pacemaker/defibrillator implants, and compatability with other databases (i.e. SUMMIT). 22 (0225)
