B -- DATA COLLECTION CONSOLIDATION AND ANALYSIS SOL 243-RFP-97-2030 DUE 082997 POC Kathleen Russell, Contract Specialist, (907) 729-2967 The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, through the Alaska Area Native Health Service intends to negotiate a contract with the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services, Community Health/Emergency Medial Services, Juneau, Alaska. The contract shall be for the collection and maintenance of data through the Alaska Trauma Registry, communicate their findings, statistical analysis, trends in work related trauma and provide a staff to train personnel in occupational information gathering and coding. The Government anticipates an award on a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The performance period will be for one(1) 12 month base year with four(4) 12 month option periods which the Government may exercise in accordance with the terms of any resulting contract.
