The work includes providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation for the demolition, removal, and disposal of Building 1111 at the Recruit Training Command, Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois. Work shall be to a depth required to remove all building materials, including the basements, basement swimming pool, concrete footings and foundation walls. Hazardous materials must be removed and disposed of properly before general demolition of the building. Finish grading and turfing of the affected site is required. 2. This solicitation shall be issued as an unrestricted procurement. 3. The performance period is 90 days, excluding turfing. 4. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1795. The Federal Service Code is P400. The small business size standard is $7.0 million. 5.
