Evaluation criteria will include; proposed price to include but not limited to (1) updating for periods up to three years, (2) rates for court testimony, (3) modifications. Technical evaluations criteria will include: (a) technical experience of the appraiser's resume, (education, knowledge and experience): (b) experience in appraising similar types of perperties including wetlands & uplands, rural residential, hunting camps, farmland and commercial establishments: (c) experience and knowledge of the general and local area: (d) location of firms within the the State of Florida: (e) court experience (being ccepted as an expert witness) (may be included in resume): (f) past responsiveness to time, terms and conditions in preparation and submission of appraisals to clients: (g) and preparation and completeness of proposal.This solicitation is 100 % Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC Code is 6531. This solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with a base year and and four option years for a total of five years. Thirty-Five sets of the solicitation will be available at no cost, any request received after shall require $10.00 non-refundable check or money order made payable to National Park Service.
