CONSIDERATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE WIND RIVER ADM SITE Notice to Parties Interested in the Wind River Nursery Administrative Site. The Gifford Pinchot National Forest is considering alternative uses for the Wind River Nursery Administrative Site located near Carson, in SW Washington. The eighty-eight year old nursery closed this year. The Forest is soliciting for special-use permit proposals for the 424-acre site and infrastructure, including buildings and fields.
